Symrise strengthens its natural ingredients presence in Grasse

The German group has inaugurated a new production site in the Grasse region dedicated to Lautier 1795, its natural fragrance ingredients brand. The investment combines more than 230 years of expertise in natural raw materials with modern processing technologies, while complementing the capabilities of Floral Concept, recently acquired by the Group. The new operation brings together responsible sourcing, processing, innovation, production and fragrance creation within the Grasse ecosystem. It forms part of the ONE Symrise approach, which connects local expertise with the Group’s global capabilities. The technologies deployed are designed to improve processing precision, quality consistency and traceability. At the same time, collaboration between growers, sourcing partners, ingredient experts, perfumers and customers is expected to accelerate the development of new natural ingredients. Through Lautier 1795 and Floral Concept, Symrise is further consolidating Grasse’s position as a strategic hub for premium natural fragrance ingredients within its global fragrance network.
