Parfex breaks ground on its Grasse industrial site

On 8 January 2026, the manufacturer officially launched the extension and renovation work on its historic industrial site in Grasse by laying the foundation stone for its production building. The ceremony brought together institutional representatives, company management, GSE – the general contractor for business real estate – and key suppliers.

Designed by architect Didier Becchetti, the two-phase project aims to strengthen the company's manufacturing and storage capacities. The first phase involves an industrial extension of 3,192 m² (€12 m), incorporating a robotic volumetric dosing system developed in partnership with Contexa. Followed by the renovation of the existing site (€4 m).
