Announced in late 2025, Galderma’s Miami headquarters is now officially operational, with an expanded remit covering both the United States and Latin America. Located in Brickell, the site brings together senior management and commercial functions and is expected to accommodate around 200 employees over time. This marks a new step for the dermatology specialist, for which the United States is its largest market, spanning injectable aesthetics, dermatological skincare and therapeutic dermatology.

Beyond its operational role, the site will also host healthcare professionals for practical training, with a dedicated injection room. Training is a significant part of the group’s US activities: Galderma reports that it will hold more than 1,000 training sessions in the United States in 2026, involving around 5,000 participants.

The Miami headquarters forms part of a much broader investment strategy: Galderma plans to invest more than US$650 m (approximately €558 m) in its US manufacturing capabilities by 2030, alongside investments in research, training and commercial operations. This expansion comes amid strong growth for the group: in the first half of 2026, net sales reached US$3.134 bn (approximately €2.69 bn), up 24.6% year on year at constant currency.
