The Swiss giant has officially launched construction works on its new factory in Guangzhou. The company has invested around CHF 40 million (€43 million) to consolidate its presence in China and support the growth of its business in this dynamic market. The 30,000 m2 facility will house a production site and a creative centre bringing together evaluation, marketing, sales, and application teams, as well as perfumers and analysts. Givaudan, now the owner of two creative studios and factories in the country, intends to develop its inventive potential and industrial capabilities, while strengthening its competitive advantage.
