Givaudan announces the acquisition of Belle Aire Creations

The Swiss company is consolidating its North American offering through the acquisition of the American creative house founded in 1982. This deal, which is expected to be finalised by the end of 2025 or early 2026, fits into its 2030 strategy for expanding its customer base. Givaudan will benefit from the strong, trust-based relationships that Belle Aire Creations maintains with its clients, enabling it to broaden its network. Its activities would have represented around CHF 65 million (€70.4 million) in additionalturnover for its acquirer in 2024. Furthermore, Stacey David, the current CEO, will remain in post and is looking forward to seizing new opportunities while stimulating innovation potential.
