The U.S. luxury cosmetics group is reaching a key milestone with its ʺOne ELCʺ operating model and the appointment of WPP as its global media partner. This shifts from regional to global, AI-driven management.The new framework aims to enhance the group’s agility, improve operational efficiency, and support scalable growth. At the same time, its Profit Recovery and Growth Plan is progressing in line with targets, with expected savings at the upper end of the announced range ($0.8–$1 bn) and full impact anticipated by 2027. Supported by partners such as Accenture and Shopify, Estée Lauder is modernizing its ecosystem and strengthening financial discipline to sustainably reignite growth.
