Elixens acquires Helpac

The French company has announced the acquisition of the organic essential oil distiller’s B2B business. This transaction marks a strategic turning point, enabling it to expand its range of natural aromatic raw materials. For its part, the HSN Group, the former owner of Helpac, is refocusing its activity on the development of brands specialising in aromatherapy and phytotherapy. A joint subsidiary dedicated to operating the historic Saint-Hilaire agricultural distillery will be created.
