Boyne Capital Bets on YZY Fragrances

Florida-based investment firm Boyne Capital has acquired a stake in YZY Fragrances, a US specialist in affordable fragrances, with the aim of accelerating its international expansion and supporting its innovation strategy. The brand, which markets lines including Territoire, Acqua di Parisis and Insurrection, develops compositions inspired by major fragrance houses while maintaining an accessible pricing position.

The investment highlights the strong appeal of fragrance among investors, in a category that remains one of the most dynamic and resilient segments of the beauty market. Boyne Capital plans to support the brand’s commercial rollout, merchandising strategy and new product launches, as demand for accessible premium fragrances continues to grow.

Boyne Capital did not disclose the size of its investment, while available estimates place YZY Fragrances’ annual revenue between $5.2 million and $7.4 million.
