ViSCO.mag secures precision dosing

Designed for processes requiring tight fluid control, Beinlich Pumpen’s new progressive cavity pump, distributed in France by its subsidiary Suco-VSE France, incorporates a permanent-magnet coupling. This architecture eliminates rotating seals, creates a hermetic separation between the motor and fluid section, and significantly reduces leakage risk. Compatible with fluids of varying viscosity, ViSCO.mag can handle silicones, additives, colourants and resins, and is aimed in particular at cosmetic applications where external contamination must be tightly controlled. The pump can also incorporate flow-rate, dispensed-volume and mixing-ratio measurement.
