Symrise: AI hub opens in Barcelona

The German group has opened its first global data and AI hub in Barcelona (Spain), strengthening its digital transformation strategy. The centre develops advanced data-driven solutions for the food, beverage, nutrition, fragrance and personal care sectors. It also trains 25 postgraduate students through an intensive 12-month programme. The hub collaborates with universities and technology partners to accelerate innovation, rapid prototyping and optimisation across the entire value chain.
