PSB Industries strengthens its dip-in offering with Erzi

The group, owner of Quadpack and Texen, is strengthening its dip-in offering through the acquisition of Erzi Flock-Technik Applikator, effective as of March 31, 2026. Specializing in flocked applicators for liquid makeup and skincare products, the German company, based near Stuttgart, will continue to operate independently while leveraging the group’s resources. This transaction is part of PSB Industries’ strategy to strengthen its position in this segment.
