Olyos Group acquires Somatoline

The French natural health company has announced the acquisition of Somatoline, a leading Italian body care and slimming brand founded in 1973 and established in France since 2008. This acquisition forms part of Olyos's European expansion strategy, particularly in Italy. It strengthens the group's position in cosmetics and accelerates the development of its "In & Out" offering in dietary supplements and dermo-cosmetic treatments. Already the fifth largest player in pharmacies with its Granions brand, the group recorded sell-out growth of 34% in 2025 and now exceeds €200 m in turnover following this acquisition.
