Lubrizol to expand fermentation production capacity fivefold in Spain

The company has committed a $10 million investment to increase fermentation capacity fivefold at its Skin Care Centre of Excellence in Gavà, near Barcelona. This expansion will significantly strengthen Lubrizol’s portfolio of Cosmos-certified biodegradable ingredients produced through non-GMO processes with a low environmental impact. The project will also enhance the group’s industrial flexibility.
