Lapac cuts material use in its sticks by 60%

The French specialist in plastic injection and bi-injection solutions for the beauty and personal care industry is launching a refill compatible with its standard 10, 40 and 50 ml sticks. Made up of just three components, this system reduces material usage by 60% compared with a conventional format, while allowing consumers to reuse the original container.

Drawing on 45 years of expertise, Lapac also develops capsules, caps and customisable solutions for the premium and middle-market segments. Its fully integrated industrial facilities enable the company to control every stage of production, from decoration and engraving to adapting products to brands’ specifications.

Part of the SGT Group since 2024, Lapac is positioning this innovation within a broader strategy focused on recycling, RPET and eco-design.
