IMCD strengthens its presence in China

The distributor has announced the opening of a life sciences laboratory centre in Shanghai, dedicated to the pharmaceutical, food and cosmetics sectors. Located on the campus of the East China University of Science and Technology, the site brings together three modernised laboratories and aims to foster synergies between disciplines. It will provide enhanced technical support, from formulation to on-site support, in conjunction with IMCD's global network. The cosmetics laboratory features an integrated Beauty Studio and hair salon for the development and demonstration of solutions under real-life conditions. This expansion aligns with a strategy to support innovation and boost capabilities in the Asia-Pacific region.
