Glo Skin Beauty comes under the control of KYT Group

The American investment fund has finalised the acquisition of the premium, clinically positioned skincare brand. Created more than 25 years ago for aesthetic professionals and medical spas, Glo Skin Beauty has gradually expanded into a comprehensive range of dermocosmetic skincare and make-up products also aimed at the general public.
Today, the brand relies on a network of professional distributors, direct-to-consumer sales and several e-commerce platforms. It is present in more than 15 countries outside the United States and Canada. The transaction was advised by investment bank TKO Miller.
For its part, KYT Group, which specialises in supporting high-potential brands in the beauty and consumer goods sectors, already counts brands such as HAUS LABS by Lady Gaga, The Honest Company and Charlotte Tilbury among its portfolio.
