Genopole and ARD join forces

Signed for a renewable two-year term to boost the industrialisation of biotechnology in France, this alliance combines the expertise of France’s leading biocluster with that of the biorefinery specialist (Agro-Industrie Recherches et Développements). The partnership aims to support start-ups, industrial players, and laboratories across the entire value chain: strain optimisation, proof of concept, scale-up, and valorisation of by-products. With state-of-the-art infrastructure, including fermenters, pre- and post-treatment equipment, and analytical tools, project leaders will benefit from tailored technical and operational support. This collaboration reflects Genopole and ARD’s shared commitment to strengthening French industrial sovereignty, promoting bio-based innovation, and supporting the transition to a competitive and sustainable bioeconomy.
