Fiabila, the world leader in nail polish manufacturing, is accelerating its diversification strategy. With the launch of a novel men's nail care range in partnership with the Moi Aussi brand and the introduction of high-tech cuticle care products, the French contract manufacturer reaffirms its industrial dominance and its ability to anticipate new market trends.

Men's care: a new cultural frontier

Intended for men, the Moi Aussi hand care brand called on the expertise of the contract manufacturer to design a "clean and culturally confident" collection. This partnership gave rise to the Repair Treatment, with proven efficacy and hydrating, nourishing and soothing benefits, and the Cure Treatment. This is the market's first undetectable "liquid buffer" that protects and strengthens nails. A range of six understated and elegant nail polishes, developed by the manufacturer, completes the offering. 83.5% bio-based, vegan, "21-free" and odourless, they give men the opportunity to express themselves.

The first cuticular gel

Fiabila continues to develop its nail protection range, which accounts for 28% of its turnover, by adding five scientifically proven hybrid formulas to its catalogue. Cuti'Soft Emollient specifically targets cuticles. This gel, formulated with cucumber water and hyaluronic acid, hydrates and softens the periungual area without leaving any greasy residue. 3D Hue'Lighter Top Coat combines Aura Beam technology with a nature-inspired "lotus-effect" resin: it delivers multidimensional shine while enhancing mechanical resistance. 30 Sec' Shine is a portable, ultra-fast drying top coat that revives shine. Sheerlighter is a fortifying and shine-boosting treatment enriched with marine silicon and reflective pigments. Finally, Coco Kera-Py Dry Oil is a fortifying dry oil containing plant keratin and coconut oil.

A unique global industrial network

With €30 million invested over the past eight years, the nail specialist is now the only player capable of offering worldwide the full range of formulation, manufacturing, and packaging technologies. Fiabila employs 500 people, including 55 in R&D, and relies on a network of ten factories spread across Europe, the Americas (United States and Brazil) and Asia (Japan and India). Its annual production capacity reaches 500 million units, with a catalogue of 200,000 shades, 200 special effects and 15 exclusive active ingredients. The Plaisir site (Yvelines, France), established in 2001 and primarily dedicated to packaging, embodies its industrial strategy. The IFS-certified factory ensures continuous quality control, with self-checks performed every thirty minutes. Up to 108 million units are produced there each year, thanks to 10 highly automated packaging lines, offering high speed of execution.

A model of agility

Fiabila's industrial tooling relies not only on volume, but also on high flexibility. With 22,000 m² of storage space, the ability to change shades in just 15 minutes and total customisation of formulas and packaging, the group can adapt to the needs of brands of all sizes and accept minimum order quantities as low as 500 units. This total control reduces time-to-market to around three months from brief to delivery – a crucial competitive advantage in an increasingly fast-paced and fragmented beauty market.
