The US manufacturer has unveiled a wood-free packaging board made from a blend of bagasse (sugar cane residue) and FSC-certified fibres. Compostable and PFAS-free, this material combines circularity with premium performance, without using any virgin tree fibre. Intended for the cosmetics, pharmaceutical and food sectors, its commercial rollout is scheduled for the end of Q1 2026.
