The American group reported quarterly revenue of $519.5 million (approximately €467 m) for its second fiscal quarter of 2026, up 0.6% year-over-year. Organic sales, however, declined by 2.4%, impacted by North America despite continued positive momentum in international markets.

Edgewell, owner of brands including Schick, Wilkinson Sword, Billie, Banana Boat, Hawaiian Tropic, Cremo, and Bulldog, stated that it exceeded its targets in sales, adjusted earnings per share, and adjusted EBITDA, notably thanks to strong execution in the sun care segment and strict cost discipline.

The company now expects reported revenue growth of between 0.8% and 3.8% for the full fiscal year. While maintaining its adjusted annual guidance, the group lowered its reported earnings-per-share forecast to between $0 and $0.40, due to higher-than-expected restructuring costs and legal expenses.
