Cipam Takes Over Label Verification Activities from Bibus France

The specialist in identification, traceability, and data capture solutions for industry and logistics has announced the acquisition of the LVS barcode verifier business, as well as Omron (Microscan) print inspection and label quality control systems, previously operated by Bibus France.

Effective February 1, 2026, this acquisition strengthens the Cipam Group’s position in labeling compliance and industrial traceability while consolidating its presence within France’s Cosmetic Valley ecosystem through the continued operation of its site in Tillières-sur-Avre.
