The transaction is designed to reinforce Berlin Packaging’s position in the British market while broadening its portfolio of containers, closures and dispensing systems.

Headquartered in Grimsby, BlueSky primarily supports SMEs with a range of products complemented by decoration, printing and sourcing services. For Berlin Packaging, the integration is expected to enhance service and innovation capabilities while strengthening supply chain resilience.
