TNT creates ribbon-inspired caps

TNT Group has developed two decorative bow-shaped caps for LoveShackFancy’s Secret Crush and Sweetheart fragrances. These creations reflect the romantic and floral world of Rebecca Hessel Cohen’s American fashion brand.

For these projects, TNT Group designed complex multi-part assemblies that meet demanding technical requirements, with particular attention paid to minimizing gaps between components and ensuring long-term durability. The objective was to preserve the visual impact of the designs while guaranteeing industrial-quality production standards.

For Secret Crush, a finalist at the Fragrance Foundation Awards, the decoration features a vacuum metallization process that delivers a shiny satin-gold finish. Sweetheart, meanwhile, showcases a sparkling effect achieved through the spray application of glitter powder.
