Tilt Beauty launches the first refillable and waterproof lip liner

This technical achievement is the result of a second collaboration between the inclusive colour cosmetics brand and Element Group USA, a packaging and product development specialist, which has already created some of the brand's refillable lip balms and mascaras. Ergonomic and airtight (Photo), this lip liner offers precise and comfortable handling, thanks to its padded, non-slip design. It is the first in its category to receive the Ease of Use® certification from the Arthritis Foundation (United States). Certified by the National Psoriasis Foundation for sensitive skin, its clean, fragrance-free and flavour-free formula is enriched with hyaluronic acid, ceramides and glycerine from Tilt's Calm Complex™ for a plumping effect and long-lasting hydration. The formula is complemented by additional skincare ingredients developed by Element’s Korean laboratory. The transfer-resistant and water-resistant texture is creamy with a velvety finish.
