Sweetch acquires Greenpharma

Sweetch has acquired Laboratoire Greenpharma, the French specialist in R&D for natural actives, phytochemistry, and green extraction technologies. This transaction enables Sweetch to bolster its portfolio of evidence-based actives and integrate cutting-edge research capabilities, from ingredient discovery to performance demonstration. The integration brings key technological tools to Sweetch, including a chemoinformatics platform, a proprietary database to accelerate active development, and expertise in supercritical CO₂ extraction and green chemistry. Philippe Bernard, founder of Greenpharma, highlights that this alliance will enable the combined entity to face future industry challenges through AI-integrated R&D and increased international visibility.
