Sansara Scales Up

The digital subsidiary of Maison Neyret is accelerating its growth through the acquisition of Advanced Track & Trace (ATT) and the investment of the Pochet Group. This transaction creates a new European player in product serialization and authentication, capable of supporting companies in the luxury, beauty, and wine sectors in deploying digital product passports at scale.

The combined entity brings together Sansara’s Scalabel® cloud platform, ATT’s expertise in brand protection, and the industrial capabilities of Maison Neyret and the Pochet Group. The objective is to connect every product to a unique digital identifier – QR code, NFC, or RFID –integrated directly into the production process without compromising design.

Beyond combating counterfeiting and the grey market, this solution aims to meet regulatory requirements related to the Digital Product Passport while creating new opportunities for customer engagement and the circular economy.
