The manufacturer has introduced F-RAT NX, a multidirectional transfer module designed to optimize automated sorting on conveyor systems.

Operating on 24 V DC and equipped with brushless motorized rollers, the system enables flat parcel transfers without changes in elevation, reducing vibrations and handling that could damage fragile products.

Thanks to its wheel-and-roller technology, the module can achieve a throughput of up to 2,250 parcels per hour. Itoh Denki also highlights the F-RAT NX’s integration flexibility, as it is compatible with existing conveyor systems and available in more than fifteen standard sizes.

The solution can handle a wide range of loads, from flexible envelopes to cartons weighing up to 50 kg.
