Global Bioenergies enters judicial reorganisation

The Evry Commercial Court has opened a judicial reorganisation procedure and appointed Maître Joanna Rousselet as administrator. This measure follows the pre-pack disposal process launched in June. While four partial asset takeover bids have been received, no share purchase proposals have yet been submitted. Should the sale fail, the company will be liquidated, and its shares delisted. The hearing to examine the bids, originally scheduled for 3 November, has been postponed to 24 November. Global Bioenergies produces sustainable fuels and e-SAF for the aviation industry as well as bio-based ingredients for cosmetics. L'Oréal is its main shareholder, with a 13.5% stake.
