Cosmogen has officially announced the acquisition of Asquan, leading to the creation of Cosmogen&Asquan Group, a new international player in premium beauty packaging. With around 80 employees and consolidated revenues of $50 million, this merger is part of the growth strategy launched alongside Weinberg Capital Partners at the end of 2024.
Led by Priscille Allais, with Henri Tinchant, founder of Asquan, serving as Chief Operating Officer, the group combines application innovation with multi-category expertise. It therefore offers both tailor-made solutions and comprehensive offerings covering skincare, haircare, makeup, and fragrance segments.
Present in Europe, the Americas, Asia, and the Middle East, the group relies on a “fabless” organization and an international industrial network. Cosmogen’s status as a mission-driven company also shapes the environmental and social commitments of the new entity, further strengthened by EcoVadis Gold ratings.
This transaction aims to develop synergies, expand creative capabilities, and accelerate eco-design initiatives in a market undergoing consolidation.
