Lavollée opens a new chapter with F&F Ingredients

The Lavollée Group is entering a strategic transition phase. The entity SIPA A.Ch. Berthier, based in Grasse and previously a subsidiary of the group, has been integrated into Lavollée, and now operates as the "F&F Ingredients" Business Unit. This development does not, however, entail any operational changes: the organisation, expertise, location and key contact remain unchanged.

Meanwhile, the new SIDG Group, centred around Lavollée SAS, is strengthening its governance by appointing Valérie Gaillot as COO. Recognised for her experience in sales and management with leading ingredient manufacturers and major distributors, she will support the management transition alongside Hervé Lavollée, who plans to gradually hand over his responsibilities to her over approximately one year.

This marks the beginning of a new chapter for Lavollée, combining operational continuity with strategic renewal and growth in line with the development of SIDG and its new European distribution strategy.
