Lancôme accelerates research on longevity with Timeline®

The company, part of the L'Oréal Group, has formalised a partnership with the Swiss biotech company (see Expression Cosmétique No. 86, p.13) to incorporate Mitopure® – a form of urolithin that supports mitochondrial function – into a new range. This molecule addresses the skin’s visible biological age through mitophagy. The launch is part of the group's Longevity Integrative Science™ ecosystem, alongside Absolue Longevity and Cell BioPrint™ skin analysis technology. The Mitopure® by Timeline® range was presented at the American Academy of Dermatology Congress, held late March 2026 in Denver.
